BioSIM’s Research Article is cover of Food & Function (IF 6.10)

Happy to share that our recently published collaborative article has been selected for the front cover of Food & Function (IF: 6.10).

This study resulted from a collaborative effort of BioSIM with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto and focused on the human digestion of proteins from the insect Locusta migratoria (migratory locust) and on the identification of peptides derived from this process with potential bioactive properties with anti-fibrosis properties.
