Many congratulations to Cátia Santos-Pereira for successfully defending her PhD thesis in Molecular and Environmental Biology (PDBMA) entitled “Novel insights on the interaction of lactoferrin with proton pumping ATPases towards understanding its antifungal and anticancer activities” (September 14th 2021), developed under the supervision of Prof. Manuela Corte Real (UMinho) and Prof. Ligia Rodrigues (UMinho), with the molecular simulations part developed at BioSIM with the supervision of Sérgio F. Sousa (BioSIM).
