MSc Student
Renato Soares was a M.Sc Student of the MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (FCUP).
His MSc project was supervised by João Carneiro (CIIMAR), with the co-supervision of Sérgio F. Sousa (BioSIM), and Diogo Pratas (Univ Aveiro). Renato’s project focused on the development of computational approaches for the identification of bioactive molecules present in databases of cyanobacterial compounds for therapeutic approaches in human diseases.
