MSc Student
Diana Lourenço graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Aveiro in 2023 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto.
Her research thesis, titled “Algae and Plastic Pollution: A Computational Study on Enzyme-Based Biodegradation Mechanism” is being conducted under the supervision of Dr. João Carneiro (CIIMAR), with the co-supervision of Dr.Sérgio Sousa (BioSim) and Dr. Diogo Pratas (IEETA/DETI).
