We are working into an Augmented Reality technology to represent molecules in the 3D space using any device (computer, smartphone or tablet) with a browser and a camera.
This technology was developed based on A-FRAME and AR.js by Jerome Etienne. Both frameworks are under MIT license.
BioSIMAR is in development but there are already a set of 70 molecules that can be visualized using your device.

How to start?
- Download the set of cards here.
- Print the cards.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or another device with a camera, open the browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome…) and go to this page (BioSIMAR Camera).
- Points the camera of your device to the card and see the molecule popping up. Rotate the card and see the molecule from different angles.
