Fábio Martins and Sofia Sousa presented oral communications entitled “Lysinated Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes with Carbohydrate Ligands as a Doxorubicin Nanocarrier: A MD Analysis” and “Design of Novel KDM4C Inhibitors for the Treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer“, respectively.
Isabelly Annunciato and Tiago Oliveira presented, at the same event, poster communications entitled “An In Silico Prospection for New Therapeutic Strategies: the Impact of Nitrosamines in PAF Regulation” and “Genotype-Phenotype Correlations in PMM2-CDG Through Molecular Dynamics Simulations”, respectively.
3D-BioInfo-PT is the community of Portuguese scientific researchers working in fields connected to Structural Bioinformatics. The annual meetings are an important event in the community’s calendar to strengthen the community locally and also its ties to researchers working outside of Portugal.
