Our PhD student Tatiana Vieira presented a talk entitled “In Silico Approaches for the Discovery of Antimicrobial Agents Targeting Biofilms formation” in November’s session of the 3D BioTalks, which took place online on March 1st 2023
In his talk, Tatiana presented the work developed at BioSIM directed to biofilm inhibition, including database creation, structural-based virtual screening and molecular dynamics simulations.
The BioSeminars are online sessions organized by UCIBIO with the participation of the different research labs of UCIBIO, located in Lisbon and Porto.
