Many Congratulations to our New Ph.D. Student, Sofia Sousa, who was awarded with a PhD grant funded by FCT to pursue her studies at University of Minho (ICVS and Chemistry Center) and BioSIM for the next four years under supervision of Dr. Marta Costa (ICVS) and co-supervisions of Prof. Fernanda Proença (UMinho Chemistry Center) and Dr. Sérgio F. Sousa (BioSIM).
Sofia Sousa´s work will focus on the Rational Design, Synthesis and Biological Validation of New Compound for the Treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
