André Pina was one of the 120 young researchers selected to attend the “2022 IUBMB–FEBS–PABMB Young Scientists’ Forum” in Vimeiro, Portugal, from July 6th to July 9th. Then, from July 6th to July 14th, he attended the “The Biochemistry Global Summit” in Lisbon, Portugal, a joint event that combined the 25th IUBMB Congress, the 46th FEBS Congress, and the 15th PABMB Congress.
At both conferences, André had the opportunity to present a poster about his work entitled “A Computational Study on the Catalytic Mechanism of Pyridoxal 5’-phosphate Synthase: a New Drug Target Against Tuberculosis and Malaria”.
