Rita P. Magalhães, PhD Student at BioSIM, participated in the “Workshop on Computer Simulation and Theory of Macromolecules”, organized by the Theoretical and Computational Biophysics Group from Max Planck Institute (Huenfeld, Germany), with over 100 participants. Rita had the opportunity to present her work as a scientific poster with the title “Molecular Docking, Molecular Dynamics, and Free Energy Calculations for Identification of New Drugs Against Biofilm Formation in P.aeruginosa“.
This event, hosted by Helmut Grubmuller and Volkhard Helms, took place on the 23rd and 24th of April 2021 and included plenary sessions by Bert de Groot, Aljaz Godec, Ilia Solov’yov, Ulrich Kleinekathofer, Lars Schafer, Gerhard Stock, Jochen Hub, and Thorsten Koslowski, besides several oral communications by researchers from all over the world.
