Andre Pina and Tatiana Vieira presented their work at the “BImBS 2019”

André F. Pina and Tatiana Vieira, BioSIM’s PhD students, are participating in the “BImBS 2019 – BioInformatics meets BioSimulations in protein and DNA studies: from theory to practice”. This workshop was jointly organized by the CECAM and the COST Action MuTaLig, and took place in Lugano (Switzerland), between 5 and 12 of July.

André and Tatiana had the opportunity to present their posters entitled “Application of Molecular Dynamics Simulations in the Study of the PLP synthase Macrocomplex” and “Discovery of Quorum Sensing Inhibitors against P. aeroginosa using Docking and Virtual Screening Strategies”, respectively.
